The Cleaver XL

The idea was simple. Take my original cleaver design and make it bigger and more capable against the toughest kitchen jobs. Adding an inch to the length, half an inch to the width and increasing the 80crv2 stock thickness from 0.187” to 0.250” did just that. If you’re looking for a cleaver to put in some heavy duty work in the kitchen or butcher shop, this is the one for you.
