The Elk Tracker
Large enough to process big game, but compact enough to be carried comfortably through the back country. The generous belly lends the edge to skinning out a hide and the 4.75” blade will give you enough reach to make quartering a breeze. I like to use high edge retention and corrosion resistant steels, such as CPM S30V, to ensure that it doesn’t let you down, even on those extended trips.
